Speak up my boys.

Speak not about your these sour plums.
Speak to people,
Speak not about people.
Speak to the point,
Speak not to disappoint.
Speak only when need be,
Speak so that mostly listeners feel happy.
Speak up for what is right,
Speak up to make others day bright.
Speak once in a while for you too,
Speak so that you need not have to later “rue”.
