APRIL FOOL

Don’t wanna money, you FOOL they said.

Don’t know to be happy, you FOOLS, I replied.

I get fooled only on APRIL first,

You get fooled daily, for elsewhere lies your thrust.

I have renounced the world so cool,

I know not if that means I am a fool.

I pursue my dreams, money is just a tool.

Indeed for you, it is your climb up stool.

I rule in the hearts of my lovers,

I like these rejuvenating showers.

To pay taxes till one day prior,

To believe the very next day after.
